SafetyNet CAD Enhanced 911 Interface Producing management reports detailing 911 call activity is easy to do with the SafetyNet CAD E-911 Interface as all ANI/ALI information is recorded in a searchable database. Prior 911 calls from phone numbers, persons, or locations can be retrieved instantly. The SafetyNet CAD E-911 Interface has been implemented worldwide in single agency, multi-agency, and multi-jurisdictional environments, over local and wide area networks. A voice recorder interface option is also available for the SafetyNet CAD E-911 Interface that stores references to the audio segments associated with each call.
Phase II Compliancy Statement: Hitech Systems' SafetyNet CAD E911 Interface is Phase II compliant, capable
of accepting latitude and longitude coordinate information from wireless
providers and has been successfully implemented at several installations.
The information received from the wireless providers via our E911 Interface
can then be plotted to a map using the SafetyNet CAD Mapping Interface.
In the event that the Phase II latitude and longitude coordinate information
is not available, then the Phase I tower position may be mapped, and,
if available, the coverage lobe of the cell site. This functionality can
be further enhanced with the integration of the SafetyNet CAD Automatic
Vehicle Location Interface (AVL), allowing users to track resources using
real-time data. |
