SafetyNet Remote Data Server
The SafetyNet Remote Data Server is Hitech's solution for real-time interfacing
of Call for Service and unit data with Records Management Systems from
other vendors. This product supports a user-definable interface format
for "store and forward" interfaces using TCP/IP sockets and
other communications protocols.
The SafetyNet Remote Data Server includes facilities for buffering data
if the remote data store is offline, in which case the data will automatically
re-synchronize. Once communication is re-established, the buffered data
will be transferred. SafetyNet Remote Data Server also offers the ability
to re-send the data manually if needed.
SafetyNet Remote Data Server's flexible architecture can be seamlessly
integrated with virtually any system needing Call for Service data.
