SafetyNet CAD ProQA Interfaces provide direct access to Priority Dispatch ProQA EMD, Fire and Police Priority Dispatch software.

Based on the call taker's responses to the ProQA EMD, Fire and Police Priority Dispatch protocols, SafetyNet CAD automatically recommends the most appropriate unit based on the dispatch response level.

In addition, SafetyNet CAD ProQA Interfaces pass the summary information of the key questions from ProQA EMD, Fire and Police Priority Dispatch to SafetyNet CAD to be recorded into the remarks field for that particular call. The benefit of this is decreased data entry time by eliminating the re-keying of critical data, allowing agency personnel to more efficiently and effectively perform their duties.
