and achievements
- Hitech customers boast 99.9% reliability in single-server and 99.95%
in double-server configurations.
- Hitech is the only CAD vendor with direct interfaces to PBXs, which
provides integration between CAD and numerous telephone systems. Hitech
has implemented telephony interfaces to Lucent Definity, Nortel Meridien,
Matra (CSTA) and NEC NEAX PBXs, all using TCP/IP protocol, in addition
to conventional Enhanced 911.
- Hitech was the first CAD vendor to be certified by Medical Priority
for its integration with their ProQA EMD software.
- Hitech was the first CAD vendor to successfully implement Motorola's
SmartZone CAD interface.
- Hitech has implemented interfaces for Motorola's System Data Logger,
System Information Processor, MDC-1200, CEB and other radio interfaces.
- Hitech was the first to provide a CEB interface to Motorola's Astro
radio system.
