Hitech Systems maintains the highest customer retention rate in the public safety market. We are steadfast in our belief that public safety software must be designed and built with reliability and speed as the two essential elements that are beyond compromise.

Hitech supports several different operating systems and deploys them, as appropriate, depending on the performance and function required. Many of our applications use Microsoft Windows as the client operating system to provide the user with a familiar Graphic User Interface look and feel. We can also use Linux or UNIX for our server OS choices to deliver system reliability, open source, cost advantages, speed, security, functionality, and scalability.

Hitech takes a similar approach in deployment of databases; we use the appropriate database product, for the appropriate application, and are database agnostic.

Hitech Systems continues to lead the public safety industry in developing innovative interfaces to third-party systems as well as local, state, and federal public safety systems. Hitech has in many cases been the first in developing bi-directional interfaces to EMD, CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS, PBX, and radio systems.
