Henry Unger

Henry P. Unger, President and Owner

Mr. Unger has been designing and developing computer applications for more than 35 years, and is a recognized expert in real-time system interfaces and communication protocols for public safety applications. He developed the very first operational CAD system interface to Motorola's SmartZone radio system, is responsible for the original design and development of SafetyNet CAD, serves on several APCO and NENA technical committees, and continues to lead the technical direction of the company.

Thera Bradshaw

Thera Bradshaw, Executive Vice President

Ms. Bradshaw is a leader in 9-1-1 public safety communications systems, and is a past international president of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officers (APCO) and past president of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). She is the former CIO of the City of Los Angeles, where she oversaw 3-1-1, telecommunications activities, cable franchises, and 9-1-1 public safety microwave and radio communications systems. Ms. Bradshaw was named one of the top municipal CIOs in America by Government Technology magazine.

Jaime J. Lim

Jaime J. Lim, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Vice President of Business Development and Marketing Mr. Lim has over 35 years of technical sales and operations/corporate staff management in the public safety and telecommunications industries. His experience and knowledge base includes broad and progressive management responsibilities in voice and data communications, command and control applications, technical sales support, systems engineering and tactical/strategic corporate planning. Mr. Lim is responsible for distribution channel and major accounts management supported by Hitech's Account Executive team. He retired from AT&T Technology Introduction District within the Engineering Department and was formerly with Positron Public Safety Systems Sales Division.

Brian Dunkle

Brian Dunkle, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Dunkle oversees Hitech's global sales organization and plays a key role in developing and executing Hitech Systems' sales lead programs. He started his career at City of Austin Emergency Medical Services, where he was a communications commander and paramedic, and has more than 15 years of experience in emergency response technology sales.
